I wanted to get these iems as my first but it seems that if it breaks, there is nothing much i can do about it but buy a new one?
At least that is what I am getting from the discussions. Like warranty not being honored and breaking within couple of months.
What are your experience with Drop and its support? Am i better not getting it?

Lunaricgot a full refund, it seems that they do handle warranty in a good way. you can trust them. i wrote down my experience in older post, you can find them easily.
