It says the headphones ships to Singapore but when I go to the order page, there is no option for international shipping. The "Place Order" button is also greyed out. So no purchase from me.

ArjuTo get the payment box to show up, I had to select the base US shipping option. So that may be causing the issue for you.

SaskAudioGuyYes, I know but I am not shipping to any part of the US. I want it to be shipped to South-East Asia where Singapore resides. There are no other shipping options but to ship to domestically in the US. I think there is a bug somewhere or maybe the headphones do not ship outside of the US but falsely report that it does.

ArjuThe system is correctly setting the shipping rate, it's just locking the pay button to the shipping mode selector. If your total is more than $200, it is setting your shipping right. You can be stubborn or you can just click the box it adds no cost and unlocks the pay for order button. The Express shipping options don't apply to you or I. The drop down simply is selecting the base shipping option. Ignore the US part and order your headphones. I'm not in the US either. Sometimes you gotta work around glitches and this is one of them.

SaskAudioGuyMany thanks for your helpful reply SaskAudioGuy. I think I will skip the order this time round. I will be charged two hours after my order but I do not want to go through the hassle of changing my shipping fees later after being charged but item not shipped yet. I ordered lots of stuff from Massdrop but this order is a bit ambiguous and potentially troublesome to transact. I will order it the next time when they fixed this glitch.

ArjuYour call sir, but I know from past experience it charged me the proper Canadian shipping amount. It is a weird glitch, might not be a glitch really just a mislabel of the 'default shipping option'. Since it does clearly state that the express shipping options are for the US only. If that's the case, the glitch is because it doesn't just default select normal shipping. If it's charging more than $200 USD for the total, it's calculated your shipping charges.

SaskAudioGuyThank you, @SaskAudioGuy for helping others in discussion! I’ve flagged this for us to take a look at... @Arju, we’ll take care of things if you have any issues with an order. Sorry for anything confusing on the order page.

CEE_TEEIt's nice to see active participation in the threads by the moderators... Just want to report that @Arju I'm from Singapore as well and I managed to get it shipped here for $6 shipping. Definitely a steal compared to sending it through a parcel forwarder.

TheSpaceAnimalHi CEE_TEE and SaskAudioGuy. I managed to order the headphones on Saturday morning. I could now select "Place Order" without being forced to select the type of US shipment so the bug on the order page was fixed. Hope the phones will be up to my expectations. For $200 I am not expecting too much, I just want a closed-back phones to prevent sound from leaking out and external noise from leaking in. All my other phoes, HifiMan HE-500, HE-560, Massdrop Sennheiser HD-6xx and Focal Clear are all open back. My last closed back phones were the Focal Spirit (1st Gen) but hey were uncomfortable to wear for long because the pads pressed on my ears.

ArjuSorry if this is a little off topic, but how did you get the HD6XX and others shipped to Singapore? You used a parcel forwarder? Which would you recommend? Thanks!

TheSpaceAnimalYes, I used Borderlinx to shipped stuff that couldn't be shipped to Singapore directly. Sadly Borderlinx is no more because of dispute with their freight forwarder. I have not tried it yet but perhaps you can try vPost.
