Comfy Rollers in 2 Styles
Offering a comfortable hold and plenty of leverage, these Matfer rolling pins are great for rolling out sheet cookies, pastry dough, and pasta. The main model is made from sturdy beechwood and fitted with handles on either side. Ball bearings help the cylinder glide through your dough over and over again with less upper body strength. Also available is the nylon version, which is made from a single piece of thick nylon. It has no handles, which is preferable to some bakers, but it really depends on your cooking style.
Note: At checkout, choose the beechwood rolling pin or the nylon rolling pin (+ $50).
