I received one of these on this drop and have had no such issues... It is a little stiff but I can close it easily with one hand, so perhaps your issue is more one of production than design. I'm really happy with mine, know some enthusiasts take issue with the washers but for the price I'm pretty pleased. Out of the box it's sharper than my Inkosi.

Just got this knife this week end in purple. I've been eyeing Mcustas for a couple years now and this drop put a gorgeous Damascus model in my price and color range (purple - as much as a middle-aged white guy can, I'm channeling my inner Prince). I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, the liner lock is killing me. It's almost impossible to close this knife. It sticks so hard that several times I thought I had become the proud owner of a small fixed blade. Is anyone else having this problem?
