Yeah I got an email telling me I for some reason will not be receiving the gold set but silver or some shit like that with $5.00 off, well I can't remember exactly how much I paid but I personally believe that if not only has it taken so long that I can't even remember how much I paid but I will now not even be receiving what it is that I ordered in the first place we (customers) should receive if not full then at least %50 off

Frustrating, I've never had a problem with Massdrop before, but this time it's like no one seems to know what's going on...
It's been a month and nothing...
A handful of group members have reached out to our community support team to let us know that they're tracking number is yet to update.
Sometimes smaller post offices miss the initial scan and the package is still processed to its final destination, albeit without active tracking. In this case we contacted the vendor and they confirmed that they dropped off all the orders at the post office and all orders have been shipped.
In the interim we have contacted our carrier. We should have an answer shortly regarding the tracking.

I have had the same thing happen. Tracking has not changed. Working with support they have said that they are officially looking into it. Hopefully we wont have to wait long.
I received the tracking number, but it's status has been pre-shipment for two weeks now. I'm assuming the package was lost or never shipped. I've contacted support, but haven't gotten a clear answer for what happened... :(
The majority of the group's Metallic Antique Gold D6 Sets have shipped. Community member's whose order hasn't shipped are going to be contacted by support shortly.

The vendor is currently preparing individual orders for shipment. They currently expect all orders to be shipped by the end of this week. As soon as the Metallic Antique Gold D6 sets ship we will make sure to update the group with tracking numbers.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing Monday morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these to ship. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
