If Galileo were into mechanical keyboards, this would be his keycap set of choice. Made from PBT, this galactic assembly features swirling clusters of stars with deep blue and purple spaces in between, creating an intergalactic look that’s sure to impress Read More
As someone that just loves the aesthetic of space, I'm very happy with these. As others have said though, the quality of the image is not the best quality. It's not something you notice unless you're staring at the keys directly, but it is a bit of a bummer. The keys don't light up like they do in the shown picture, they do look really cool with lights underneath them, though.
Overall, I'm really happy with them, but it's mostly because I'm biased. Not a terrible product, just not what it's made out to be. Could be higher quality.
the whole set has a problem with square artifacts on the caps. there are roughly 3mm-ish squares all over the design, meaning that probably the image they stretched across all the caps didn't have sufficient resolution before they printed. despite this, they're comfortable to type on and durable.
As others have said, the keycaps picture quality is somewhat lacking. They still look beautiful but get within a metre of them and the quality is kinda disappointing .
The keycap art is pixelated like other reviews say. Also, the color is too dark for light from the keyboard to shine through so picture isn’t as accurate as it seems. For the price, I expected better.
For the steep price I would have expected higher quality printing that did not pixelate and the darker keys (such as the Shift, Ctrl, and etc.) are unlegible.
Some pixelation if you look super close, and the page down key stem is a little loose- but they look great from 2+ feet, especially with backlighting, and they go great with cheap kbethos galaxy hats
