SergeyRomeThe chrome parts are actually some form of metal. They are definitely too hard to be plastic. The cups may also be some form of wood, probably cheap wood though.

SergeyRomeI agree. These are absolutely terrible headphones. They sound like a pair of $20 no name headphones I have from years ago. Very false advertising.

SergeyRomeOk. So I just got my FiiO E10 (I read here somewhere that a DAC can improve these so got the cheapest decent dac I could find) And I must say that these improved dramatically!
Definitely not 500$ mark, but getting close to the price I've payed. so a Bitter/Sweet drop!

- They are not comfortable - the squeeze alone gave me a headache.
- The Cables are OK and at least they are prolonged so they fit my phone though the case (Thick Armour).
- The Cups are clearly some kind of plastic and not wood - it can be seen from the logo which seems molded and not cut into.
- The Chrome parts are ugly plastic - and the MJ1 on them looks very bad (Ugly Font and looks cheap)
- The Sound is Loud but not clear - there is a weird Hiss sound added to the track.
Didn't try it on a DAC or Amp so I might be missing something but my Creative Aurvana Live! for 50$ have clearer and better sound overall. My advice - package them back and give them to someone for Christmas.
