Is there a new update coming as it's been almost two weeks since the last update and I still haven't received anything.

If I understand right, yours hasn't even been made yet! From 101 on are still on order from MKC.
So of course you haven't gotten anything, since yours hasn't been shipped yet.
Still would be nice for an update on the rest of the order.
I am guessing they haven't heard any news back from MKC yet on the rest.
