I bought one of these through massdrop and just a single key, the "A" key broke at the stem. Is there any way I could have just that key replaced?

It worked great for something like 2 hours, then the row composed of F3,F4 3,4 E,R D,F C,V began to act weirdly. For example, when I press F3, F3 and F4 are sent to my computer, the same for all the other keys I mentioned earlier.
I don't know if I can return it or if I can be reimbursed ...
