Hey Massdrop. Here's a good idea. If you can't fulfill orders TWICE in a row, don't tell your customers, who had a drop cancelled because the shoe was backordered that there shouldn't be a problem. Like, what kind of business are you running here?
I was disappointed when I received the cancellation the first time, but I understood. Before signing up for the second time, I emailed you and asked if the same situation would repeat. I was told that there was no indication it should. Well here we are again. My drop was cancelled. Next time, either control the number of model sold by size or fullfil all fucking orders.
