If shipping cost is keeping you from buying. You're priorities are all messed up. This is the cheapest and most well made rest for its price. All the other rests on MD are nearly $10 or more and still have a shipping cost.
You're missing out on a great purchase in my opinion. I feel bad for other wrist rest makers trying to compete against this. That's how good it is.

It doesn't fit in an envelope.
It weighs more than a letter.
Lastly, it's still cheaper than all the other wood rests on MD.
Anyone in the US complaining about shipping has lost their mind.

I will say that the correct response should be the overall price (with shipping + tax) is less or more than someone else. However to some people, that can't have it any other way.
