Very good caps for people who want to work on Alps projects with newer hardware. They have compatibility with Cherry-style stabilizers so these won't work on older Alps boards. If you are working with something like a XD60 v3.0 then these are great.
These caps feel great. Good quality and they've got a really nice texture to them. No warping on the space bars either.
One thing that's not mentioned though is they've got mx mount stems for stabilised keys, rather than the stabiliser inserts alps boards tend to use (for keys other than space). So these keycaps can't really be used with most pre-built alps boards, unless you don't mind unstabilised mods or you can source some of the alps to MX stabiliser inserts that were available with the Nexus sliders.
ChinspikeThis was my one big concern regarding this product, thank you for pointing this out! IMHO this was the right call by oMo, as nowadays most of the hobbyist PCB's that support Alps switches are primarily MX boards, meaning they only support MX stabs. Alps stabs are also a pain to source nowadays, so yet another point for oMo's choise to use MX stabs :]
Drop should definitely include this information in their product description, as well as add a picture where all 2U and bigger keys are turned upside down so that we potential buyers get the required information on what to acquire for our builds.
