I bought this watch believing the marketing USP's presented by drop and Panzera but the watch fell short of it. I don't want to go into details but overall quality was not satisfactory and price/performance ratio is not good. For example, I don't know hands are so thin or luminescence quality is bad, you cannot really observe the luminescence in the dark.
Nevertheless having the watch with me from last few years I never wished to write my dissatisfaction with the product on any forum. But recently I have an experience and in fact still going through that I find no other way but to seek help from Drop and online watch community.
A few months back,my watch fell down and all the hands fell loose (manifestation of bad quality). I contacted Panzera and they asked me to send it to them to Australia. They quoted me the charges, and now it has been two months I have paid the money but Panzera is not replying. In their latest email reply it looks like they have lost track of my watch as they are asking me to sent them purchase reciept of the watch and pictures etc.
This was a chance for Panzera to prove they are a good company and make good products. But their bad customer service has just proved that their watches are not worth buying.

jdslayI contacted Panzera about ordering a leather strap from them. 59.95usd for a leather strap and an extra 20usd for a deployment clasp. I do not think we can have a leather strap included in this massdrop.

Hello "hommage" Junghans Max Bill watch... Because that is what it is. If Massdrop can sell this blatant "hommage" watch here, why not sell a "hommage" IWC watch like the a Parnis Big Pilot?

Been using the watch for a couple of days. Mine is the rose gold version, and I like that the lumes are hardly noticeable in daylight as they blend with the off-white dial. In the dark though, lumes only barely light up until after a few days use (tropical sunlight + office fluorescent lighting should have sufficiently "charged" them). The movement runs only slightly fast, about 2 minutes after 5 days. The watch came with the NATO strap buckle reversed facing me, which I maintained because in my use it avoids scratches.

Just received mine today. It is beautiful, I was initially worried about build quality, since the pictures posted are not representative of the style nor quality whatsoever. For example, in one of the pictures, you can clearly see the window section have irregular boarders. However, the real thing I really liked. The watch face is like a yellowish white, which just goes very easy on the eye. the seam between the raised time indicator (bar like structure) and the watch face is perfectly situated (even though I did see a tread like "dirt" trapped inside one of the joins). At this watch is light, light compared with my SKX 009, and it doesn't dig in my wrist whatsoever. Just a note on the black/white Nato Strap. The white areas are way too artificially white, which sometimes distracts from the beauty of the watch. Well I guess just have to upgrade to a leather strap. Last note is, if you live in Canada the duty is around $50, so plus exchange rate, the watch is prob around $350 mark. Also, once the watch get inside Canada, it won't be tracked by Canada Post.
P.S. The watch face is clean, and doesn't have the weird lum dots at the 12 o'clock position.

Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!
