You’ve already picked up your Raspberry Pi and started tinkering, but now you’re looking for a dedicated display to attach to your card card sized computer. Designed to fit with the Pi Model A, B, or B+, the PiTFT- Assembled 2.8” TFT + Touchscreen Display gives you a 320 x 240 monitor with 16bit color pixels and touchscreen capabilities.

To attach your display, simply use the hardware SPI pins (SCK, MOSI, MISO, CE0, and CE1) as well as GPIO #25 and #24. With the space leftover, you have four spots available for tactile switches, letting you make an integrated interface for your favorite ROMs. Ideal as an additional display, by attaching to the Raspberry Pi’s high speed SPI interface, the PiTFT- 2.8” TFT + Touchscreen Display is able to process photos and videos without lag.
