1) no 7u stab wire, no biggie as I wanted to use the 6.25 bar anyway. Would be a pain if I did want to though.
2) flashing was easy enough but the site is not very well designed
3) RGB remote didn't even have a battery or even said it didn't come with one. Thought my board was broken until I decided to open up the remote.
4) the PCB can be used with much more the layouts shown, you should add them so buyers know what else they can do.
5) the screws are hex and come in 2mm on the back and 1/16 inch on the front, such a weird combo and doesn't even say anyway what sizes they were. I had to try out a few before I could do it.
6) Include a proper build guide ffs, I figured it out alright but newer builders would be very confused indeed.
7) packaging was shit as normal. Just the main keyboard set(pcb and frame) in a box inside another box that contained the switches and stabs. Nothing to protect the main pcb other than a single layer of bubble wrap. At least they threw in a random piece of bubble wrap into the box that protected nothing but acted like a space filler.
8) got stuck in customs again, according to the guy on the phone it's because they didn't give them my email or phone number and only my address so they couldn't really contact me.
Overall the keyboard is pretty great. Massdrop on the other hand is pretty shitty as usual.
YuannanFrom my understanding of what you wrote, your order didn't trip up. That's good to hear. Massdrop is famous for keep pulling off with ruined packaging yet the items still arrived ok.
