Lots of stuff to cover a wide range of situations. Consumables seem perfectly fine, with a wide assortment. The reusable components are cheap, but functional. Would probably want to upgrade some pieces if you were using them semi regularly, but more than adequate for an emergency kit. The bag has lots of compartments, which helps with the amount of stuff included. One wish / after purchase addition was zipper tags for pocket contents lists.

I have dated, basic training in First Aid/Life Guard etc, but my wife is a RN and was rather impressed with the completeness of this kit for the price. We keep it in the truck and take it camping, etc. Haven't had to use it yet (thankfully) but feel very prepared if that changes

This thing is great. I didn't know much about trauma kits before I ordered this and asked my EMT buddy to give me some training when it came in. He was really impressed with everything that came with it and ended up signing up for Massdrop with hopes on picking one up for the same price I paid.
