We have been in close contact with the vendor in order to correct the pen pocket issue, and today we received confirmation from them that they will ship the correct A5 Webnotebook cover directly to every customer in the drop.
Members who received the incorrect cover style will not have to send it back, and are encouraged to share it with a friend or family member.
Our vendor is now working on preparing individual orders. Based on current estimates the covers should be shipping late next week. We will make sure to update the group with their tracking numbers as soon as the units are on their way.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 8/19 or sooner if something comes up.

That's the thing. If it's a5 i would just put any same-size note book...

ComanDoIt may be sized for the thickness of the Webbi notebook though. If you put a thinner notebook in it maybe it would not close well?? Just a thought.

Notebook has " an elastic closure to keep your writing safe and clean"
How does this work with the cover?? The Gfeller notebooks have a cut to allow the band through.

This Rustico Cover design does not allow for the Webbie's elastic to be a functional piece anymore, but like @SandyLucas mentioned, the elastic does fit under the inside leather pocket well enough to go unnoticed.
I feel that Rustico's leather is substantial enough to give the cover some extra weight, and the cut of everything really allows the Webbie to keep closed in most storage or transit situation. Testing our samples out for a bit, I wasn't worried at all to be missing the elastic band closure, and actually found the unobstructed leather front cover to have a nice, clean look.

In the meantime, please make sure to contact our Community Support team through your transactions page if you received one of these units with the pen pocket on the inside, instead of the outside. If you can, send us some photos so we can forward them to Rustico, and our support team will be in touch about getting you some fixed units.

I just got my delivery, the Ocean cover. It's not nearly the quality I expected. The leather is dyed very unevenly making the cover look faded across part of the bottom. It's nicked where it looks like something dented and almost cut through, again on the back. And it is ragged across the top where the leather was cut. Not at all what I expected at this price and with such a long wait. I will not buy from this vendor again. Are you accepting returns or exchanges due to quality on this item?

This doesn't sound like Rustico's normal quality standard.. If you feel like the covers you received are defective, please contact support through your transaction page, and send us some photos showing the issues please!

On the banner image for this drop, is the farthest left 'saddle' followed by 'burgundy' to the immediate right, or is it the other way around?

The order in the banner is: Burgundy, Saddle, Stone, Black, Ocean, Dark Brown, Buckskin.
The Burgundy leather has more of a red tone, and is the shinier one in our photographs while the Saddle is more matte. Hope this helps!

I know this was designed for the Webnotebook, but how would it work with other A5 books e.g. the Life Noble notebook?

This cover should fit most A5 notebooks that are the same general size as the Webbie, but unfortunately, we don't have either of these (Life Noble, or Leuchtturm) to test out and confirm 100%. I don't think it would be a problem though.
