Howdy, hope everyone is staying safe during these times and staying indoors!
Here are some more pictures of the board in non-studio lighting. I've spoken to the vendor about alps compatibility and because it is not as popular as MX, they've decided to keep the PCB MX for now. Additionally, sourcing keycaps for different layouts that the PCB supports would be tough. I'm inquiring more about the badge for the HHKB top so please hold tight until then.

SpencerLI'm assuming this is going to be manufactured in China? I know there are a lot of GBs going on and am just a bit concerned if a August delivery estimate is legitimate or enthusiastically hopeful.

SargentRedbeardThats pretty much true of any groupbuy at this point. Time or money. You will be able to get these on the second hand market with markup and they will ship in 3 days or you can wait and get it at this price. The beauty of Drop is at least they won't ghost you on a groupbuy and take your money like what can happen when individuals run groupbuys.

SpencerLThose colours are CONSIDERABLY different than the ones in the photoset. I'm confused about the two-tone colors shown in the above samples -- are those meant to be the top/bottom of the board with different lighting, or will the top and bottom of the board actually have a different colored finish?

SpencerLIs there a way to get the keycaps set for hhkb layout too? I don't know for others but i got a hard time to find available hhkb keycaps for MX switches, especially for some keys like Control, back slash and delete. Thx!

xtremeruiNot actually that hard to find sets with those keys. Most custom keysets have them. If the standard kits don’t have everything you need, might need to get an additional set usually called “extended” or “exotic” mods. There are bunch of in stock caps (outside of drop) that have them as well, like epbt doubleshots and maxkey sets. The biggest problem I find is having 1.5u Cmd/OS keys if you want the correct legends on a mac.
