GrevAccording to the Amazon reviews, several folks have been having issues with compatibility even for file types that are supposedly supported. I'm wondering if it's a firmware update issue. Their firmware page is at: http://shanling.com/download/List#

LunarkittenHi Phoebe, on the company website, on the firmware page, they say they have updated only some things of secondary importance, as can be seen from the following text:
"Increase the function
The text on the left side of the status bar is replaced with the "play" and "pause" icons and corresponds to the playback status;
Added: "Lyrics Mode". After opening, the text interface screen is always active;
The status bar adds the "PO / LO" port identifier".
Furthermore, it could be that the problem encountered by a customer (if only one) depends on a defective item. If only that, otherwise it is false statements on the supported formats.
