This product is great for Mech beginners who want to build with out having to source and assemble the whole case, or just want to put some switches and caps together, but it died on me in about a year of use and driver support disappeared around the same time.
I wanted to get into mechanical keyboards but was having a hard time looking for a 96-key case and PCB. I just refuse to work without a number pad. Thankfully, this came up, so I placed an order as soon as it became available. I’ve really enjoyed it. It feels a bit light since the case isn’t aluminum, but it’s not deal breaker. I do have to say though – the keyboard software from Epomaker.com isn’t very intuitive. I had to go through a couple of Youtube videos and such, but I am happy with the adjustments I was able to make.
I have a Keycchron K4 that I was hoping this would replace. I don’t like the side plug on the K4 but I like the quality better on the K4 and the Epomaker software is pretty bad. It doesn’t sound as good as the K4 either. I’m just gonna give it away to my brother I think. I’ll live with the side plug on my K4.
