Sanrenmu makes decent knives, (I think they do Spyderco's chinese stuff), but this is a Lionsteel clone in an underwhelming steel (9cr14mov is not the same as the superior 9cr18mov). If you just like the look of it, go for it, but as a primary knife, Bestechs, Civivis and Ruikes (among others) can be had with better materials for similar prices.

So, yeah, I own this knife too. Here it is next to a ZT 0350.

short version: yes slightly longer version: it’s very well put together. Thick but not fat. Blade locks up like a cell block gate. These are more of the new “SRM” line intended to wow Americans. Quality extremely high. For what it’s worth? Mine came honed. I do not mean sharpened. I do not mean factory grind. I mean razor honed. Custom knifemaker sharp. Dunno if these will too, but it is a treat. Feels like it’s worth considerably more than it costs. and 30 bones isn’t bad for Drop, I’ve seen it less on occasion but not tons. If if you like SRM but wish they were a little beefier? This is absolutely how you wanna roll.
I'd never heard of SRM, so a quick bit of googling and it looks like it is short for Sanrenmu, a Chinese manufacturer that does/has done OEM work for Real Steel and probably others. This knife seems ideal for beefy hard use kind of applications (its a chubby bunny for sure). 9Cr14mov and machined G10 are much better than average materials for the price. Not really the kind of knife I tend to go for, but looks very interesting for $30. I would be surprised if the fit and finish are as good as a Civivi, but it is offering similar materials for 30% less money (the 9cr/G10 civivis go for around $42 if memory serves). Anyone have any experience with this particular knife or manufacturer?

Looks like this one uses the glass breaker to mount the clip from the end, so not removable on this model unless you get a screw to replace it, or don't want a clip

Yes a little heavy for me as well. I incorrectly stated that the Sanrenmu 7063 used the same steel. It is 8Cr13MoV . The 9008 was not a good deal on Drop and i commented about that.
