It's really not very tricky, and we rarely have to deal with problems like this despite the numbers of shipments we receive on daily basis. But it happened, and it certainly isn't ideal.
In any case, after quite a few back and forth with Thermaltake, Roadrunner central dispatch and the truck driver, we believe we have everything sorted out and squared away. We are expecting everything to show up first thing in the morning tomorrow.
Our warehouse guys are all on standby and they'll be ready to take care of the shipment as soon as the shipment shows up.
