Update: After using this thing for about 7 months, it seems to be stuck in standby mode. I'm using a Mac, and the sound device shows up in Sound settings, but the unit itself shows nothing but a dot. Pressing the button just turns it off and on. Resetting the unit to factory settings did nothing. Good waste of a couple hundred bucks.

jrubinsno, but topping will replace the unit for you if you contact them and ship the broken one to them. they'll reimburse you for shipping too

ptron3030whoa! Nice! Drop won't provide support as there wasn't a warranty and it's past 30 days. How'd you get in touch with Topping? tpdz.net? That website seems to be blocked by my company's firewall so I'll have to wait until I get home to check.
