Here we are offering our remaining inventory from the 2015 run of GMK Triumph Adler, which was the first GMK set to use custom colors. Given that these were produced in 2015, the kit composition is locked. The photos shown are of the 1989 Triumph Adler Dario 286 Cherry MX keyset and are not a precise color representation of the set sold here (the reproduction is more blue than teal). The kit render is to show exactly what is included, but is not a precise representation of color. At checkout, you have a choice between the legacy packaging (V1 of the GMK tray that snaps together) and updated packaging (V2 of the GMK tray with pins). Quantities for each are limited and prepackaged. We cannot substitute packaging. These keycaps exhibit uneven light bleed when used with backlighting. All sales are final.
This is your chance to own a piece of keyboard history—a faithful reproduction of the 1989 Triumph Adler Dario 286 Cherry MX keyset. Originally manufactured in Germany in 1989, the TA Dario keyboard was only sold for a few months in Europe with a 286 PC/AT mail-order bundle. In 1989, Dario 286 systems were already on their way out, but 1990 brought the fall of the USSR and the political reshaping of Germany and Eastern Europe, the exact regions into which the Dario 286 was sold. Of the few units produced, nearly all were lost to history. Today, only about a dozen or so are known to exist.
Images are for illustration purposes only and are not precise representations of color.
