I'll be shipping overseas (France) so I need to be assured that we're covered by the warranty system. I've seen on forums that you're not given the Serial Number sticker. So what's the "instant six-star support code" included?
Shipping in France costs an arm and a leg. So does the vendor give an receipt or something to prove that the product is legit and not "fugazi"? See http://v-moda.com/warranty/
