Doesn't work
Plugged it in to both Pixel 3 XL and Pixel 2 and it doesn't work. No audio, red light is on. Sound is coming from the phone speaker.

KyyrbesSame here. Tried on Pixel 2 XL and a Pixel 3. Red light came on the first time I plugged it in
Hasn't come on since.
I did read there was something changed in August about the way they are handing USB OTG now. Not sure what the problem is, but my unit will not even show the red light now.
Will be contacting MassDrop for a refund. It's a bummer as I was hoping this would be more portable than my current setup. If only it worked!

KyyrbesOddly enough I have a pixel 3a xl and it worked fine. Though back then I remember for some device you're suppose to have it plugged in and restart your phone for it to work (had to do that on iFi Nano Black Label).
Maybe try that and see if it help?
Though I ended up not using it anyway because it's too thin and bright and lacked warmth and bass extensions.
So I went back to Sonata HD.
