I was sent the wrong color unit and the bluetooth dongle I received has a bent coaxial plug. Very disappointing.

ttran946I had same issue with the wrong color. How did they compensate you? They offered me a $20 credit.

legaceezThey did not reply to me yet. How is $20 credit account for not fulfilling a proper order? I would not have purchased this color, they are forcing it on me. Its false advertising and cannot be legal. So fucked up.

ttran946Yea it is messed up. I settled for it as I didn't want to take a full refund and risk another screw up after waiting 3 months on the next order. Maybe I should not have been so easily "bought off" though...

ttran946Had the same issue, ordered black, was sent silver. And, my bluetooth module frooze and didn't want to turn off so I had to wait for it to run out of battery..... really disappointed. Going to order Aurender Flow.
