Pretty affordable aluminum case option for anyone that wants an LZ PhysiX layout or alice-like typing experience. Just note that the plate is integrated.
It depends on preference, the integrated plate gives a stiffer typing experience and a generally louder and possibly hollower sound. The current trend seems to be a bouncier, flexy feel (gasket mount) with somewhat more solid or dampened sound quality (moddable with foam, usually). However, it's all preference.
Not enough thumb keys. Bottom row should be symmetrical, with 3 keys per thumb. I'd like some alternatives to Ergodox and Moonlander, but all these companies are getting it wrong.
We need keyboard for people who want to use thumbs instead of pinkies, but do not want to go full ortho like Ergodox. Even regular non-split keyboard has it completely wrong: why does the space key has to be this big? Give me programmable keyboard with plenty of 1u or 1.25u keys in the bottom row.
I'm running YMDK split for over a year now and love the quality, hot swap and ability to program it, but need more keys in the middle (split 2.25u and 2.75u into more YMDK).
"Choose one of several switches from Novelkeys, Kailh, TTC, or Gateron for a custom feel—and YMDK will take care of the soldering before shipping your kit."
This option seems to be missing.
You could, if you want to.
Being from Europe with additional tax on top for the complete price, it's better, the less the invoice, the better for my purse.
And I like to solder myself with switches I like.
Drops support had always been fine for me, if something goes wrong, this might be calculated, too.
To sell something is no problem, to help, if needed, is important for me and divides often good and bad apples.
