I just replaced two of the top right keys with a 1x2 POS key to restore the original backspace position. For those interested, here's the caps I bought: https://pimpmykeyboard.com/dcs-2-space-pos-2-mounts-pack-of-4/ (I purchased the Black NN Row 1) and some pictures of how it looks. The color and profile aren't perfect, but close enough for me!
