Best audiophile headphones for gaming under $200

I am looking for the best pair of audiophile headphones I can get for gaming? Im not certain if I should get open or closed back, simply because I always have a box fan running in my room and I wasn’t sure if this would be a problem with how it affects the sounds. I was also wanting to know If the leakage from an open headphone would be loud enough for someone about 25 away to be able to hear?

What kind of gaming do you do? The HD58X is great for FPS games, narrow sound stage, with great imaging allows you to pinpoint the location of footsteps and gun fire easily, and it's super easy to drive so won't require a separate DAC or amp.

Your computer has a dac already although not the best it won’t be unlistenable

In your scenario with your budget, unless your current source is a jittery, noisy mess, a DAC isn't going to make a world of difference until you start spending more money. So, it would make sense to put that money into better amps or headphones first. I game a lot too and use an AVR (Yamaha A3080) for my audio decoding and I can definitely say the ESS SABRE DACs (one ES9007S and one ES9026PRO) in this unit vastly outperform the Burr Brown chips in my outgoing Yamaha V581. I'm playing Red Dead Redemption 2 right now in a 5.2.2 Atmos setup and it is a real treat.
Box fan will not affect the sound. Your headphone gaming and music volume will most likely prevent you from hearing it. Will someone 25 feet away from you hear your headphones? Depends on the ambient noises, room layout, your headphone volume. But at 25 feet the volume should be faint for them. Do you have a DAC or amp for headphones?
It only has a 1/4 inch jack in the front. Most of the Massdrop collab headphones comes with a 1/4 inch adapter, just read the specs on the drop page

with your budget just grab a soundblaster AE-5 soundcard with the HD58X. just about 300 for both together.
