Assembly Steps: 1. Remove the 8 case screws with a phillips head screwdriver. (Note: If your keyboard already comes with stabilizers already pre-installed and you do not want to change your switch plate, you can safely skip to step 7.)

2. Remove the structural top case once all the case screws are removed.

3. Take out the keyboard plate and PCBA assembly together and flip them around. Remove the 6 screws connecting the assembly with a phillips head screwdriver.

4. The plate and PCBA assembly should now be separate, allowing you to add the PCBA stabilizers. You will need to make (4) 2u and (1) 6.25u stabilizers for the CSTM80. Please see image below on how to create stabilizer assemblies. (Note: Test the stabilizers and make sure the stems are freely moving up and down to ensure everything is installed correctly.)

6. Place PORON plate foam above the IXPE PCBA foam and align the cutouts. After that, place the switch plate back on top of the PCBA and screw together the plate and PCBA assembly. (Note: Before completing this step, you can also change out your switch plate for different typing feedback / sound performance if you prefer.)

7. Install switches by aligning the feet, center, and contact points and pushing into the plate and PCBA assembly together. The switches should click in with some effort.

8. Test your keyboard in its current state to make sure all switches are functioning and seated correctly in the keyboard. 9. Ensure the silicone gasket pad is placed properly in the base case. 10. Place the PORON socket foam on the base case using the alignment pins. 11. Place the plate and PCBA assembly together into the bottom case, ensuring that all 6 gasket pegs are attached properly and aligned into the right slots.
