Does not matter. It can be 14 days 30 days or entire year. As long as you require customers to send you photos and all this other time wasting crap your return policy will suck. I am dealing with this right now and will not be making any more purchases for this reason. I got sent the wrong color item and I am being asked to jump through hoops just to get RMA. It’s actually sad when you think about the fact that it’s just a $25 dollar product. I have done a few exchanges / returns and it’s never been fraustration free it’s actually maddening when you think about it in terms of today’s standards in online retail. Who wants to spend hours going back and forth about things you should be keeping record of anyway? It’s just a way for them to deny returns and exchanges since they have to take the loss more times than not. But creating a horrible user experience is more detrimental in my opinion and that’s the line they are toying with now. Sad.
