Unfortunately, we're still waiting to hear back from the vendor in regards to the status of your replacement strap so I don't have an ETA available at the moment to provide. Once it's been shipped out you should receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.

Did you get any update?
MD has responded my replacement request and gave me 3 choices.
1. MD can source just the strap in the correct size from the vendor, but unfortunately MD don't have additional inventory, therefore this process can take an additional several weeks depending on their inventory and responsiveness.
2. MD can give me return instructions in sending back the entire unit for a full refund
3. MD can issue me a refund for the incorrect size strap if I'd like to keep the item as it is
Number 2 is not an option for me. I haven't responded the CS yet, because I can't decide which one to choose ( 1 or 3 ). I really like the blue fire-hose strap ( the strap is very handsome in real life ) because it's colour matched with my dial's colour. Please shed some light if you think it is better to take option 1 or 3.

I dont have a tracking number yet, but was told they will ship out. We will see!

We've learned that some people mistakenly received a 22mm strap instead of 20mm. We're aware of the issue and will ship out the correct size as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!

Sounds like someone has dropped the ball here in rectifying the 22mm strap problem. Chip at Aevig advised me today that he is only aware of one order picked wrong. There are at least six of us that have reported the issue here. Doesn't seem that Massdrop is communicating with Aevig.

Just got an email from Hillary in CS saying strap is only available in 22mm, and my only recourse is to return everything for refund. Definitely doesn't sound right. Where do I go from here to get the right strap?
