why does it say "color OLED" in your product description? Actually it has an "always-on transflective color LCD" display (unless this is a Massdrop special edition with OLED).
This most likely doesn't have a user replaceable battery now does it..?
I hate that smartwatches have soldered on batteries...expect your smartwatch to die out in two years time. Learned my lesson, went back to a 'dumb' watch
I don't have the Stratos, but I do have the Pace. I'm impressed that Amazfit is actually still pushing updates as of July (the watch is almost 2 years old). The updates are actually meaningful like noticeably improving battery life, adding features, etc. It makes me feel like they are dedicated to improving their products.
This sale price is a NORMAL price in my local online store (In Asia).. For the International Edition!
Well, just a little bit cheaper actually; but plus Shipping & Custom fee will be Much More Expensive!
I have one and it's great.
I prefer my ForeRunner645 and even 235 for their ability to sync relevant data across many apps.
This is what the Amazefit is still lacking but it's manageable. I synced my Amazefit app to my Strava account and then propagate all my runs from Strava to Google Fit and Endomondo
The other thing I find irritating is the lack of ability to customize my own data fields for workouts as I use that a lot and have different fields set up for different activities.
Other than that, it's great! for the price it's unbeatable! I was able to gear up my wife for running from head to toe with a budget smaller than the price of a single Garmin 645 Music!
Except for the fact that it retails for a little over 5000 THB ($150) here in Thailand
which makes this drop kinda useless.
I keep seeing this redrop. I think it was 3 or 4 months ago when I first saw it and everytime it drops I go back and forth on getting it. I look at it multiple times daily until it ends and I never pull the trigger. I don't need another watch but I don't have a smartwatch so its appealing. The reviews online are very mixed from being the cats meow to being a useless inaccurate pile of $#** . I can't decide ahhhh🤯🤪 I do wear a watch daily, every day and feel lost if I don't so , it this the right smartwatch for me or should I spend more for a Samsung to match my galaxy phone? Idk
Gunnersmate2It’s not a smartwatch so much as an activity tracker. I own one and love it. It has most features the expensive Garmin Fenix has but at a fraction of the price. So if you want a smartwatch, this isn’t for you. But if you want an activity tracker, it’s easily the best bang for your buck out there.
This seems like a great price for the watch, but NewEgg has a flash sale in progress for $149.

Probably a good deal either way. Just thought I would pass the info along
