Wait till you hear this...
After getting my wife excited to get a his and hers cyberboard to build together I reluctantly preordered. Of course next we went shopping for keycaps, switches, and cables. Then we waited months and months and even got notified of a delay. 6 months later they finally shipped only for them to send me the wrong damn cyberboard. I ordered the Bebop and got the ugly paisley. I immediately notified customer service and got a response to send them pics of everything. Did that, waited a couple days, then they said they'd send the correct one. A few days later, Surprise! It's on back order and they cant fulfill my order. But wait! They suggested this..."How about we send you a Paisley"...lots of of those in stock. No shit, you sent me that one because someone didn't check what they were sending! Frustrating as hell that you can spend upwards of 1000 dollars and they can mess it up this bad and be like oh "we'll give you a 20 dollar credit that's good for a year, and hit REQUEST if you're still interested in the other one"...that you ordered....that we're out of...that you waited half a year for.... So yeah... Gotta return this wack ass board for a 700ish refund and hope they don't mess that up either. I really want to return both but my wife got the color she wanted. Point is, if they can mess up the big money orders, imagine what it's like for the small ones. No oversight or accountability.

amycsA mis-ship on anything other than a single run item would be an inconvenience. An expensive one time run item you've waited half a year for to arrive only to be botched is on another level. The item sent almost feels intentional because it was so quickly offered as a replacement. Had I said yes you'd have replied, "great you already have it!"
