I wish they would consider this watch in an auto winder version. I understand 45 month battery, but I don't wanna rely on a battery at all.....and maybe a rotating bezel. Love the band construction.
Hi T.willy, we'll be showing off one of the new automatics at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas in just over a week. Please sign up for our email newsletter at www.armourlite.com/join to receive news about it when it becomes available. There are a few more automatics in the works that will be announced at a later date.
I like this watch, but until I get a more interesting nightlife, I don't really *need* it ... I gotta say I continue to be disappointed that Massdrop will explicitly mention "diving" for watches like this that clearly bear only the standard non-diving Water Resistance rating. I really wish they'd read the darn Wikipedia article and get their copywriters to at least pretend to care about watches.
Thanks for correcting me and I apologize to Massdrop's writers! I had expected that such watches needed to say "DIVERS" on them! This does make the watch a much better value!
For not much more, you can get a Deep Blue Daynight Mil T-100. You gain sapphire crystal, automatic movement, T-100 tritium, 500m WR. They constantly have a promotion for 40% off their website's prices, the current promo code is DEEP. If that doesn't work at a later time, just google a bit for the code.
TigoleThanks! I did just that. Ordered the exact one you screen shot. About $260 with the "DEEP" 40% discount. I prefer non-battery a lot, although I have some battery powered watches as well. To me it seems that when you have a battery, you might as well have a backlight :) Tritium and automatic movement just seems a more natural fit.
ArmourLite (Second "Contact Support" message in two days - Massdrop has no way of me saving / seeing prior comms with "Support")
Vendor shipped my watch on Monday, 06/18/18.
UPS "lost" the watch in their system - the package cannot be located.
Vendor contacted you for another shipping label on Wednesday, 06/20/18.
I just spoke with the vendor and they have not received a new shipping label from you. (Friday, 06/22/18).
When do you plan on sending them a replacement label and how can I communicate directly (as in, phone call) with your office?
