The watch: Built like a tank. The largest, thickest, heaviest watch I own, and I own quite a few. I cut down a bit on the thickness by installing a BluShark AlphaShark Premier band - the thinnest, lightest NATO style band available. I waer this watch 24/7, and don't notice the weight on my wrist at all! The tritium dial is easy to read at night, but not obnoxious. The company (Armourlite): The best. MassDrop screwed up my order after the drop but Armourlite straightened it out and made sure that I got my watch. Outstanding customer service! Massdrop: Well, I now refer to them as MassPlop, after screwing up this drop their computer decided to flag my account and automatically cancel all of my orders without notifying me. I've signed up for the latest Armourlite / MassPlop custom Ember Titanium T100 Tritium watch FOUR TIMES, HAVE PAID IN FULL TWICE, it's a long time until that drop ships (March 2019), so I'm 100% certain that MassPlop will find a new way to screw the pooch by then!

It's hard to tell from the photos how big this watch really is. It's huge. It's like a submarine dial repurposed to chronofy rather than tell pressure or something more urgent. The price was right. The materials are high quality, and it isn't as heavy as you would expect. I didn't fool with the very odd paracord band that came with it. I've tested paracord bands that are 'for that one emergency 1 foot of paracord can solve.' There isn't enough material to be useful and these are a total bitch to unravel even with a blade handy. I got a plain black NATO strap with small metal fittings. The NATO included with the watch has an oversized buckle which bites into the inside of my wrist (7 3/4") which is a no go. It looks cool and is well made but painful worn all day. The screw down crown will unscrew itself about once every two days. I suppose it was worth buying. I like it. We will see how durable it really is. Honestly, it's an oversized bro fashion watch. It's unwieldy. If you are considering this for utility purposes just get a g-shock.

I got mine just two days ago and I am really impressed with this watch. From design, build quality and price I thought is really a great deal. As for the specs, is really awesome IMHO especially the Ronda 517 quartz movement and 45 months battery life. I have to say that this watch is really junky and has some weight too. If you have a small wrist you will feel bulky and heavy. But I guess all these can easily be overcome if you are really a watch enthusiast. I understand some says that the illumination is not bright enough for the T25 compare to T100 but look ,the number of tubes speak for itself. In fact, without the help of any light it still glow pretty well in the dark and it last too. I do really think is acceptable not too bad at all. As for the paracode strap, I thought is pretty nice to go with the watch but the only downside is that if you perspire a lot, I guess the strap will really stink after a prolong wear. Overall, is great watch for everyday rugged wear. Thanks MD!

Edit: After almost a month, my rating is rock solid and no chance of it going down. The paracord band has stretched a little bit so I will have to readjust to tighten the fit back up, but I love this watch.
I have only had this watch for a day, but so far I am very impressed. I work in law enforcement, so I was attracted by a solid quartz movement, tough case and crystal and the easy to read dial, and I have not been disappointed. The dial is not plain black, there is a fine honeycomb pattern in there that shows up when you tilt the face at certain angles (you can see it in the image I took) so it's not as plain as I thought. I commented earlier in the discussions that this 'wasn't the best looking watch' and I'm very happy to gobble down a big piece of humble pie and say that I was being a bit harsh in that respect. This watch is growing on me by the minute.
My wrist is 6 3/4" in diameter and I would say that it just fits with the paracord strap. I don't think you would want to have a wrist any smaller than mine to wear this watch. I have tried on the black and grey nylon strap and it fits with about three holes to spare, and there is not much of the end that I have to feed back through the buckle to tidy up - it looks sharp as well! The included strap tool is a simple cheap little thing but it doesn't hurt to have a spare. It took a bit of fussing today with the paracord band to get it just right, but when I did it was quite comfortable despite the height of the case - I double the end of the strap back over and tuck it under the buckle (see second image). The paracord strap is just as tough and well made as the watch, the buckles feel like they are made out of the same metal as the case. While plain, the bezel is well finished and the raised black rim gives the crystal a good deal of protection. The crown is well protected and chunky, and the tritium does what it needs to do. As AngryEagle said below, anything brighter is really just bragging, and if that's all you're buying a watch for then good for you.
It's certainly heavy on the wrist but I think I will get used to it, I guess that's part of the price to pay for having something so well built. The price for the watch here on MD is spot on and I feel like I got a deal. I have no regrets at all at buying this so far, it's a highly recommended piece as an everyday work watch that still looks great. Very pleased.

Love the watch. Solid heft, perfect size for my wrist, nice bones -- a great all-around watch for work and sports: 4.5 stars (rounded up because no 4.5 option).
The T25 tritium is easily viewed in the dark, but not so bright as to be a distraction, and it's nice not having it lose its glow after a few hours without light. It definitely doesn't have the brightness that a T100 would have, but in my opinion when you've reached the T100 level you're just bragging about having a brightly glowing watch face.
I didn't think I was going to like the included paracord strap when I first saw it, but after adjusting it to fit and using it for a couple days I'm sold. It fits and feels great and is a great compliment to the military roots of the watch. The grey/black nylon band was very long. As in, I could wear this on the outside of a lightweight jacket if I felt the need, so I won't be using it.
