The Shark from Artisan Cutlery definitely lives up to its name. Featuring an aerodynamic drop-point blade that measures nearly 4 inches, it looks like it could slice through water just as easily as it can boxes, packaging, and food. The blade is made from high-carbon, high-chromium D2 steel for geed wear and abrasion resistance. To match the slim blade is a slim handle made from G-10 to facilitate a sure hold. You can also upgrade to the carbon fiber version for an even more sophisticated piece. To open the blade, all you’ll need is a press on the flipper tab. Because the blade rides on ceramic ball bearings, it opens with little effort. Holes on both sides of the scales support tip-up carry for righties and lefties.
