This was supposed to ship June 5th and hasn't shipped yet. Customer Support gave me a tracking number that's only showing "pre shipment" on May 30th. What gives?
Update: knife finally arrive June 24th. And I got the bait and switch like everyone else. 3 inch blade, not 3.9. Don't buy, stay away from this con job. Drop or Artisan Cutlery is to blame, but we'll probably never find out who.

Uh, how do I "un-request"? Got the full sized knife (as described here) for $49.00 delivered in 3 days by Blade HQ -

Got mine today and it is the small one, Model 1707PS. Blade is about 3” and overall length is about 7-1/8”. Definitely not the regular model that was specified in the drop. From the other comments I'm not the only one they sent the wrong knife!

jmbarkerComplain to Drop Customer Service. Unlike previous screw-ups I've had with previous orders, they got back to me same day and at my request emailed me a prepaid return label. It's bullshit that Artisan continues to drop the bait-and-switch smaller, cheaper model and Drop doesn't care to make it right!

Anybody have any tips for working in the lock release bar? The finger grip on the lock bar is pretty slick, and is requiring me to use one hand on the blade, and one on the lock to get it to move. Is the best bet to open it up and sand down the top edge of the lock bar?

Please send me a prepaid return label and credit my Discover card for the full $88.00 charge.
The knives shipped are NOT the knives described in the drop.
With all of the "bait and switch" problems in the discussion this issue should have been resolved months ago.
Apparently Massdrop approves of the vendor pulling the old "bait and switch".
I do not want any $10.00 or $15.00 "vouchers" or refunds.
I want the two knives I ordered, not what the vendor had laying about the warehouse!

This is NOT VG-10 steel! I have no idea what Gten is. Probably some kind of infectious fungus.
