I like it. It's a bit big for every day carry. The finish is nice. The bearing is smooth. I should point out that I generally buy knives with the intent to use them as tools, not to make a statement. This is overpriced for my tastes. If it costs enough that I would hesitate to use it in a pinch for something that would take the edge off any steel, I don't want it with me.

I have to agree with most comments about this knife, stiff to start open and the lock is really tight. All together it is still worth the cost, good steel and the bearing is smooth, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I have owned the product for a few months now and have mostly good things to say. I bought the black with the curved G-10 scales (extra $10 variation) and I love it. It is a large knife and does not hide it. I have all good things to say except that the pocket clip is quite flimsy. Long story- short, I bumped into something fairly hard and knocked the metal outwards. this resulted in it staying in a slightly outward position and though I have tried to reform it, it does not work. The steel is great and the action is smooth. Definitely recommend spending the extra $10 on the curved G-10. It fits the hand so well!

Nice heavy duty folder. Good ergonomic, nice blade, and solid build. A bit heavy for my tastes, but I got this for heavier tasks which it does well.

hwcmo3I had submitted my comments before reading the two above. They reminded me it is surprisingly heavy. But I like the size although not the feel in hand, and feel I got pretty much what I paid for. Have avoided Artisan drops since. Gimleteye

The knife is decent is quality, fit, and finish, great value at this price point. My only gripes are the stiffness and ergonomics of the liner lock, especially with respect to the flipper tab; A sore thumb and several cuts resulting.

attractive lines with a substantial length blade for emergency use. Not well balanced or terrible comfortable in hand. The clip is very tinny and becomes a hot spot fairly quickly. The quality of the clip raises worries about the durability of more critical elements of the knife. on the other hand the blade is nicely centered and will drop close. Opens smoothly. Gimleteye
