Compact, easy to use.
The grinder is so compact it fits almost anywhere in the kitchen. Love the timer mechanism, and the grain size adjustments. the assembly instructions weren't thorough enough, so had to figure out how it went together, but the grinder itself works great. Perfect for my Toddy cold brew.

This grinder is so compact and cute that I really want to like it. The pros are in the quiet sound, the clever design, the ease of the timer to grind the same amount consistently, and the glass container that keeps the grinds from spitting all over the counter.
However, the proof is in the flavor, and for whatever reason, we are unable to enjoy the same robust and full-bodied flavor from the same beans as we had from our other conical burr grinder. We even pulled out both grinders and ground our peet's Major Dickason beans side by side to confirm that for some reason this grinder mutes the flavors. The contrast in flavor was even more apparent with more nuanced roasts, where the nuance was lost.

AZRamblerPlease try your taste test again. As stated above, hard to believe you can tell the difference and that it is SO OBVIOUS and easy to tell. Suggestions: Have someone else taste and also Blind test(mark both cups on bottom, have someone else move the cups around on table and randomly choose so you are NOT aware which you are tasting, taste, then rate that cup. Do this 3 times. 2 or 3 people.) Please report your results with this REAL experiment.

Wonderful tool! I used to have a hand grinder but I'm never looking back, now. The ability to quickly adjust the grind, the measurement suggestions under the lid for the beans, and the fact that I no longer have to question why my arm would get a little sore after cranking the old one for maybe a minute... all worth it.

A bit noisy and the coffee particles stick to everything, always making a mess, but a great value burr grinder that doesn’t burn the beans at all. Great buy!

Now that I have this grinder, my Bodum French Press works as it should because the Conical Burr Grinder gives the even, coarse grind that the French Press requires. Buy one. You will not regret doing so.
