Interesting release. Definitely from the same factory as the Boker Wildcat, the handle design is similar too. Like other posted, would be nice to have an in hand shot, most karambit are designed too large hence it's awkward to use in the proper grip with index finger in the ring. It's a bad sign that the pocket clip is setup on the wrong side by default for forward grip instead of the traditional reverse grip.
massdrop01It does appear that the clip can be reversed. Looks like it attaches beneath the G-10 and is anchored by the screw nearest to the finger hole.
From what I can gather it may be a newer release, blade hq has it out of stock and knife center has it as a pre order both about
ten bucks more. I cannot find it on at least 3 other shop sites . Karambits are still pretty exclusively considered a weapon i,am not agreeing with this just letting you know forums can turn hostile pretty fast when karambits come up so knife forums may be lacking try self defense forums if you know any With all that said the materials are decent (remember d2 is not stainless steel but it's old and proven tough). And check for reviews on other Boker karambits should at least give you an idea of overall
quality. Good Luck!
DisquietGenerally, I don't love Boker. I think their knives wear out too quickly. I had one where I played with it daily for a few months, wore out a critical piece in the opening process. It is now sitting in a box.
