Clarity and detail at the expense of low end

These provide very nice detail (especially at the middle and higher end ) and headroom for what they are (a modestly priced single sound generator/ armature IEM). However - at least in my specimen the bass response is dull and lacks any umphh and presence, to the point which it is hard to enjoy pop and rock music (which heavily rely on bass, drums rhythm section) . It may be a good fit for classical music, though.

Was curious how a single balanced armature was going to perform with my vast array of music. They are pleasant to listen to. And I haven't ran into any sharp s's.
