This is a pen that if someone takes it, you have rights to then blind them with your drop exclusive EDC tactical flashlight, then stab them with your drop exclusive EDC tactical knife.
It's nice, don't get me wrong, but how many here lose their "good pen" and somehow the pennies on the dollar BIC cheap pens can stick around for a decade? I remember losing so many Pilot gel pens in highschool, but I still have cheap Bic pens in my pen case from those days lol.

Vendor engagement still occurs with certain drops, but for the most part 'Drop' (the site formerly known as MassDrop) is Big Lots! for gadgets that never quite connected with their intended hipster (aspirational or otherwise) audience.

If this drop is provided/hosted by Civivi/WEKnife or a distributor/retailer who can contact them, and also reply here (or, if drop reps can reach out to them and answer), I gotta question (well, 2).
Will this TP-05 be available from the oem or here (or, elsewhere) with other, non-golden colorways? Or is this the only chance and color options for a person to get the TP-05?

Oh wow, I just saw the replies in the discussion section and thought that the colorways were in reference to the other writing instruments found elsewhere. Didn't even bother looking to see if anything was new with this drop. Whoops!

SelindhI like it, too. IMO the best WE pen design so far!
But quality wise I could really recommend those pens, as I own a TP-02 and TP-04 and they're really top notch!
...and btw: it's easy to spend much more for a full Ti pen of that quality!

I don’t hate the design.. i just find the blue accents to be over the top. I think it would look pretty sweet if it was all bronze or even just stonewashed titanium.

Davidsh331most tactical pens (WE knife pens included) take the standard fisher refills (*SPR4B if you're searching on amazon/etc.)

You should ignore when Drop tells you that they shipped this item, or anything else they tell you for that matter. The fact of the matter is that they are not the ones who have been waiting for months and they don't care that you are. All they care about is looking good, and if that's at your cost, so much the better for them. All they did was print a shipping label, which any moron can do to make you think that they actually shipped your item.So far Drop still has the shipping label in their facility and FedEx has nothing.

Davidsh331Oh I agree with you fully on the other packages. It used to be understandable in the early days of Massdrop where they needed to collect all the funds for a discount, but now it is entirely unacceptable how long it takes to ship things.
But this one in particular I'd have to say just be a bit more patient.

That little slot on the tip of the clip fits perfectly to put in a 1.5x6 mm tritium btw! ;-)
