Clueboard 66% Custom Mechanical Keyboard Kit

Based in Santa Cruz, California, Clueboard aims to create user-friendly custom keyboards with one goal: make typing enjoyable—and this kit is no exception. Small enough to keep your mouse close while still large enough to house all the keys you need, the Clueboard helps reduce strain on the wrists and elbows. The case has been CNC machined from two solid pieces of 6061 aluminum and features crisp tapered edges. The plate is heavily reinforced, making for a sturdy keyboard with no flex. The open-source QMK firmware allows you to make your keyboard to do whatever you want it to. Program macros, move buttons, and take advantage of other fun programs to have it your way. The board even supports switch tuning to get the perfect feel.

This build-it-yourself kit consists of a PCB (which supports ANSI, ISO, and JIS layouts) and an aluminum case (top and bottom), GMK screw-in stabilizers (2u x 4, 6.25u x 1), but there’s plenty more to customize along the way. You can add on Gateron, Kailh Box, Kailh Speed, Cherry MX, or Zealios switches, and you'll also have your choice of adding the brand new 74-key GMK Clueboard keycap set. And if you want to deck out your board with vibrant LED colors, tack on the Decorative Pack, which includes a polycarb instead of aluminum case and soldered RGB LEDs.

Designed specifically for the Clueboard this 74-key set will look great in any setting, especially the Clueboard given its classic beige aesthetic. You’ll also have your choice between gray, blue, or green Enter keys to provide a splash of color in just the right places.
