I used to wonder when I read about complaints of Massdrop's customer service. And it's true; they're pretty lousy at responding to emails (More specifically, the "Contact Support" link under the Transactions page). Or at the very least, it's hit and miss. It's been a week and I still haven't heard a response to a simple question about my order. It would be nice if I got some sort of acknowledgement. Even if it was "hey, we're really swamped but we'll get back to you by ____". Disappointed.
edddThey are pretty swamped by the holiday season. But they are working on everyone's tickets! Sometimes there might not be a response for a while but they are working on the issues to get them resolved.
