One of the keys on my Logitech G710+ was unresponsive for the first week I was using it, but it miraculously fixed itself. Hope your "9" key will correct itself as well.
I found this website with an online keyboard tester. It's not perfect (it can't differentiate between left and right control / shift keys, for example) but at least it is free. I have no association with that site, and I have ad blockers running, so I don't know if they have any obnoxious ads : http://www.keyboardtester.com
