Forgive me if this sounds dumb but I am not sure about the sizing on these. My pants size around 32 (my hips are between 39 and 40.5 inches). Are these swimsuits super small of am I missing something?

I thought I was doing well this summer and looking fit, tanned and ready for even shorter shorts. Then MassDrop used this model and I'm embrassed now. Back to not eating. See you next year shorts.
