In general very good but the chambers seems to be narrow and sometimes bigger pepper chunks are stuck inside.

i got the shorter 3 inch version. it seems nice... but the included instructions don't make it clear how to remove the top portion in order to load it with peppercorns. you can load it by removing the bottom portion of the grinder, but you have to make sure not to get the peppercorns stuck in the little coil spring running around the center post, and there's not a lot of clearance to pour the peppercorns in. if i ever figure out how to load it correctly i'll give it the full five.
