Since I received Darkvoice, I only used it as a headphone amp and I couldn't find any problem. No hum sound, perfect balance.
Today I tried to use it as a pre-amp for the first time and connected the Darkvoice between DAC and 1626SE power amp. But I noticed that the sound from the speaker is completely out of balance. Left sound is relatively higher than right sound.
When I change the inter-cable, then the right sound becomes higher. So power amp and speakers are not the problem. When I hear music through headphone, there is no balancing problem. So tubes do not seem to be the problem.
Can you guess what the problem is?
